This project consisted of constructing a new 18,407 square foot, 56 bed student housing facility and associated site improvements. The 2-story project also included communal kitchens, laundry, flex space, utility rooms, support spaces, and other common areas.
Brite’s work consisted of building electrical, site electrical, and low voltage infrastructure systems.
