This project consisted of a 36,834 square foot, high end architectural interiors buildout, split between the 8th and 15th floors of an existing mid-rise tower located in Town Center of Virginia Beach.
Brite’s work consisted of electrical, fire alarm, and low voltage infrastructure systems. Project specific challenges included fast track delivery and the late addition of an emergency power generation and distribution system with new standby generator located on the 6th floor of the existing parking garage. In addition, our team incorporated over 25 owner requested changes all with no extension to the scheduled completion date.
