This project consisted of construction of a new 24,979 square foot, 2-story Mental Health Building and associated site improvements. The project included eighty rooms for caseworkers, psychologists, and social workers and ten group therapy rooms with operable partitions.
Brite’s work consisted of electrical, telecommunications, fire alarm, security / nurse call infrastructure, and lightning protection systems. Site specific challenges included investigating, locating, planning, and performing interconnection with existing campus power, telecom, fire alarm, security, and nurse call systems while incorporating over 50 owner requested changes related to our scope.
